| 9:30 am | Games & Activities begin |
| 11:20 am - 11:30 am | A boxed lunch for Bigs & Littles begins |
| 12:00 pm | Luncheon program begins Law Firms arrive for Lunch & Warm up |
| 1:00 pm 1:15 pm | 7yo-12 year old Littles get gift bags, event concludes, returns to Bus |
| 12:45 pm | Welcome, National Anthem and kick-off program on the field for Law firm teams & 13+ year old Littles |
| 1:10 pm | First round of games begins |
| 3:00 pm | 13+ year old Littles get gift bags and the afternoon event concludes, return to bus |
| 4:00 pm | Cocktail Reception & Award Ceremony |
